NEW INNER DIMENSION PROJECT - SADHANA II

I had the honor of returning to the mat with my certifying teacher, Travis Eliot (@realtraviseliot), and the incredible Inner Dimension Media family to film Sadhana Pt. 2—a follow-up to a series that has inspired thousands around the world. Stepping back into the IDM space after years apart felt surreal in the best way. There’s something powerful about reconnecting with the people and places that helped shape your path—especially when that connection is rooted in purpose.

Travis and Lauren were some of the first teachers to invest in me, long before I had the language or confidence to call myself a teacher, creative, or entrepreneur. Being back on set, co-creating something meaningful, reminded me how far I’ve come—and how much deeper this journey continues to go. There was no ego, no pretense—just breath, movement, and a shared love for the practice.I’m grateful for the opportunity, the reconnection, and the reminder that sometimes the universe brings things full circle right on time. Sadhana Pt. 2 is more than a series—it’s a testament to growth, resilience, and returning to what matters most. Check the project out when its released in Fall 2025.
